You Are : The GenAI Technical Product Lead Senior Manager will serve as the overall GenAI Technical Product Lead for the client account, with responsibilities spanning both Delivery and Growth. The GenAI Technical Product Lead will be responsible for managing the current AI Hub technical work. The scope will span from leading the technical team responsible for the technical management of the GenAI product currently deployed as well as technical workstreams including the establishment of cloud environments for GenAI, and the development of GenAI models for both prototyping and eventual production implementation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of GenAI initiatives similar to those described, including deployment of GenAI capabilities into projects.
• Support growth by advancing GenAI opportunities across the account, informing clients of GenAI applications, defining and selling projects to meet client demands, and expanding the portfolio of delivery-oriented GenAI projects.

What You Need

Preference for candidates with strong skills / background in Python, Generative AI (LLM, RAG, Vector Index), Git / DevOps, SQL, and front-end work (preference for React experience).

As required by local law, compensation ranges are provided for specific states / regions. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.

Pay range (California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, District of Columbia) : $160,700—$306,500 USD .
