Are you ready to lead high-end residential and commercial projects in the Greater Vail, CO area? We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a long-term, 5-year development project involving custom homes and commercial multifamily construction .

What You'll Do :

• Oversee ground-up construction of custom homes and commercial multifamily developments
• Lead project teams through preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subs to ensure quality and timeliness
• Manage cost control, reporting, and on-site problem solving
• Step into a Senior PM role after the first year, based on performance
