Payroll and Stock Manager

A company is looking for a Payroll & Stock Administration Manager to oversee payroll operations and stock administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

Manage the capitalization table and equity programs, including stock options and ESPP

Ensure compliance with payroll and stock plan regulations, maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

7+ years of payroll and stock administration management experience

Experience implementing automated HRIS, payroll, or stock administration applications

Understanding of accounting standards related to stock-based compensation (ASC 718)

Experience managing processes in a SOX compliant environment
