Northeast Center for Youth and Families, Inc., is seeking relief residential counselorsfor ouradolescent female and latency age group homes in Indian Orchard and and Springfield. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, leading / modeling activities of daily living and supporting the treatment philosophy of the program.

Experience working with at-risk youth preferred. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with experience in the field. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have a valid driver's license with approved driving record, CORI, and DCF background checks. Knowledge of trauma informed care helpful. Must be at least 21 years old.
