- Cases : OB yes, ortho yes, neuro no, pediatrics minimal.
- CRNA medically directed (does cases occasionally)
- Required Call : second call with beeper 1-2 times a week, and occasional 24-hour in-house call.

- 6-8 weeks privileging.
