Fleet Captain / Pilots needed

United Trades of America seeks Fleet Captains / Pilots for our fleeting locations, offering a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation with 12-hour shifts (one week nights, one week days).

• Responsibilities :
• Ensure safe and efficient vessel and crew operations.
• Enforce company policies and report any violations.
• Conduct monthly safety drills and instruct crew on job performance.
• Manage crew performance, vessel budget, and log / report requirements.
• Prepare barges for delivery to local customers.
• Qualifications :
• USCG Master of Towing Vessels license required.
• Must meet USCG physical standards and maintain a valid license.
• Ability to climb stairs and work long hours.
• Must have active TWIC and reliable transportation.
