Key Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
Resolve client problems, update account history, and follow up to confirm inquiries are resolved
Adhere to client SLAs, meet production targets, and collaborate with team members to resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to understand team roles and consult the correct stakeholders for client inquiries
Commitment to attending all scheduled training sessions for 90 consecutive days
