Broker Support Associate

The Broker Support Associate will be working closely with Doctors Health Care Plans Agency and Broker professionals responding to their various needs.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate via phone and email with current agency and broker clients
• Efficiently and accurately manage the sales / enrollment portal
• Onboard agency and brokers
• Appoint and unappoint agents as needed
• Update expired documents monthly
• Create marketing materials
• Update sales / enrollment portal
• Communicate with other departments as needed
• Eligibility verification check
• Review production reports
• Manage the inside support requirements of multiple inquires from the agency / brokers contracted with Doctors HealthCare Plans.
• Maintain relationships, answer inquiries from brokers via email, phone or any alternate communication.
• Research and provide resolution to inquiries that may require further investigation such as commission questions, enrollment application verification and any other.
• Provide training and guidance to brokers on products, services, process and available tools.
• Review production reports for gaps, rapid disenrollment rate and daily tracking or agency / agent activity.
• Participate in and represent in a professional manner at broker related trainings.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate interdepartmentally as needed and provide pertinent information for presentation events.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent work experience of at least 3 years in the Health care industry.
• 1-3 years of technical experience
• 1+years of leadership experience
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel
• This role requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
• Active Health Insurance License
