We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Technician to join our team in Buena Park. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong background in general maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, painting, drywall, and carpentry. If you’re a problem-solver who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, functional, and looking sharp, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple trades including :

Electrical systems (lighting, outlets, switches)

  • Plumbing fixtures and piping
  • Painting and surface preparation
  • Drywall patching and installation
  • Carpentry (doors, frames, cabinetry, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues efficiently
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean and safe condition
  • Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure timely completion of tasks

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or related trades
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
