About the Role
We are on the lookout for an experienced Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, a dynamic leader with a solid presence in the construction industry. This role is essential for driving sales both individually and at the company level, while also enhancing our seller-doer model across business development and operational teams. Key responsibilities will include spearheading business development initiatives, engaging in industry involvement, managing data, overseeing account relationships, and contributing to strategic planning. You will play a crucial role in shaping our business unit's financial objectives and annual planning processes, as well as monitoring and optimizing our business development performance.
The ideal candidate should hold a BS or MS in a relevant field and possess at least 10 years of experience, ideally within the AEC sector, with a demonstrated history in sales and corporate business development. Exceptional relationship management abilities, a talent for building robust industry connections, and a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities are essential. Candidates must exhibit strong communication, attention to detail, and negotiation skills. This position requires some travel, up to 25%, and applicants should be prepared to provide industry references prior to an interview.
