DPS is now hiring a  Catering Coordinator  for a Hospital Facility in Dallas, TX. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.

Catering Coordinator Job Details :

Schedule :  6 : 30am - 3 : 00pm (Shift Varies)

Location :  Dallas, TX

Temporary to hire

Starting Pay Rate :  $17.97 / hour + (based on experience)

Catering Coordinator Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for catering orders, reservations, and event bookings.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including menus, schedules, and service requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support administrative functions, this could include data entry, invoicing, and report preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and client expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and customer satisfaction.

Education Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent, required.

Job Requirements :

  • 2+ years of hospitality, administrative support, or event coordination.
  • Highly-skilled at working with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong written, verbal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through email and other written forms of correspondence.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
