Job descriptionThorough knowledge of principles, practices, methods and techniques commonly employed in mechanical & structural maintenance repair & repair work. Through knowledge of tools, materials & safety precautions of mechanical & structural maintenance & repair work. Ability to operate motor vehicles of various sizes, maintenance and construction equipment. Ability to determine time, materials, equipment required to complete assigned jobs. ability to instruct & oversee the efforts of other personnel as well as understand & follow oral & written instructions. ability to keep record of activities. ability to lift, carry & maneuver into position of variety of heavy and / or unwieldy tools & materials. ability to work in close proximity to nursing facility patients, families & visitors, if required by work assignment. Must have full use of hands, ability to stand for extensive periods, bend, pull, push and lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Education equivalent to completion of 12th grade. 2-3 years' experience in equipment & facility maintenance or repair work. Any equivalent combination of training & experience which has provided the knowledge, skills & abilities cited above. possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's licensed issued by the Commonwealth of PA.

- PT 32 hr / week, every other weekend and holiday rotation, hours flexible
- 1,000 / hour year from hire date not benefit eligible position
