Beautiful hospital facility in charming small town; 75 beds, all private rooms Independent, not-for-profit health system qualifies for Federal Public Student Loan Forgiveness, some rural state student loan programs.Paid malpractice, great benefits; 15 shifts / 180 hours per month in a flexible schedule, extra shifts available at $175 / hour Days and nights needed 3 Hospitalists on during the day with average patient load of 12-15, rotating admissions follow patients from admission to discharge. 1 Hospitalist on at night. No APPs to supervise.
