What You’ll Do :

• Perform water damage mitigation, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification
• Set up and monitor restoration equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
• Conduct demolition and debris removal when necessary
• Assess and document water damage for insurance, estimate and restoration purposes
• Follow industry standards and safety protocols to ensure high-quality restoration work
• Maintain clean and organized job sites while protecting client property
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and address concerns
