Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit - Nights - Per Diem

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000.00

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, the RN delivers direct patient care and supports the overall coordination of care within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) .

The RN is responsible for guiding and supporting patient and family education, directing the activities of other nursing staff, and upholding all established standards of clinical excellence. Provide and coordinate direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and unit standards.

Communicate promptly and effectively with physicians and the healthcare team regarding patient status, hemodynamic changes, and diagnostic results.

Support patient and family education to promote understanding and participation in care.

Qualifications : EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Current and valid state RN License.

Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.

Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.

Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
