Our  growing defense law firm  is seeking a talented  Associate Attorney  with 4 +  years of  experience in medical malpractice litigation to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom and wants to build a strong career in high-stakes litigation while being mentored by one of the most respected defense attorneys in  Cininnati .

What You’ll Do :

Handle a variety of medical malpractice and professional defense cases from inception to trial

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses

Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials

Collaborate with partners on trial strategy and client development

Provide excellent communication and service to clients

What We’re Looking For :

4+ years of medical malpractice or defense litigation experience

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Courtroom and deposition experience preferred (or eagerness to develop it)

Licensed and in good standing with the  Ohio  Bar

Self-starter with the ability to manage cases and deadlines independently
