Exciting Travel Opportunity for RNs and LPNs at Shelby County Jail in Memphis, Tennessee!

First-time correctional healthcare travelers welcome!

GLC is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an exceptional travel assignment at Shelby County Jail , located at 201 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38103 , in partnership with WellPath Corrections . This is a great opportunity to expand your clinical experience in a secure and fast-paced correctional healthcare environment.

Position Details :

Openings : 3 RNs and 3 LPNs

Shifts : 3x12 Days or 3x12 Nights

Schedule : Every other weekend if needed

Shift Preference : Candidate’s desired shift will be discussed during the interview

Start Date : Approximately 2 weeks after offer

Compensation & Benefits :

Travel Pay : $1,637 / week

Local Pay : $1,400 / week

Parking : Monthly parking pass cost is included in the stipend

Local Candidates Accepted

Requirements :

Active RN or LPN license (Tennessee or Compact)

Correctional experience preferred , but not required

Candidates with psychiatric or acute hospital experience are encouraged to apply
