Full Charge Bookkeeper
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage financial operations for multiple entities in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate expertise in handling financial data with precision. This role involves overseeing the complete bookkeeping process, generating accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and sales tax filings.
- Review payroll processes to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment of bills.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage annual licensing renewals and compliance-related tasks.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of miscellaneous financial operations.
- Implement and maintain procedures for tracking and reporting financial data.
- Assist with troubleshooting financial discrepancies and provide solutions as needed.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and financial operations simultaneously.Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in financial tools such as Restaurant 365 and other accounting software.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Knowledge of sales tax regulations and experience in filing monthly sales tax reports.
