Job descriptionJob Title : Sleep Medicine Physician Description of Work Assignment : Outpatient clinic and interpretation of Sleep studies. On call? If so, what are the call hours? no Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform : none Procedures Preferred : none Anticipated Procedures / Surgeries per Week : none Patient Load : Average of 40 patients per week depending on schedule and visit length Does the Provider Have Particular Fellowship? no Will You Accept Experience Over Fellowship? yes Board Status Requirement (BC / BE) : none Certifications Required? BLS, ACLS, PALS BLS Is There Additional Surgical Staff? NO Is there additional support staff? yes Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Other Sleep medicine providers Are there mid levels? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for mid levels? Yes, this physician will be available is Mid-levels have questions. Trauma Level of Work Location; 1 EMR System? EPIC Is the Clinic EMR Different From the Hospital EMR? SAME Expectations of the Physician Culturally? We look for someone to be collaborative.
