We are looking for high performers to join us. The Installer job is physically demanding. Stamina and enthusiasm are required!
You don't need to have experience with garage doors. Our team will train you on everything you need to know (including the customer experience, the key to our success), so you can thrive in your very own market.

Install new garage doors for residential customersRemove existing door and mechanical partsReplace worn or broken door parts using toolsAssemble mechanical partsInstall springs, sections, slats, and hardwareRun wiring to connect equipmentLubricate and test mechanical parts for proper functioningEducate customers on upgraded parts and services and ensure satisfactionDocument activities related to installationsBasic Requirements :
Be nice! Our apprenticeship is a 4 week training program at the A1 Training Academy in Phoenix, AZ.We cover flights and accommodations for the duration of your training in Phoenix. All apprenticeship / training weeks are paid at an hourly rate of $twenty / hour. You will typically work 45-50 hours a week while an apprentice, and qualify for overtime for hours over 40 in a week.Once you complete training, you will receive a one thousand dollar bonus, and graduate to a junior installer.
