Payroll Coordinator
Location : Kalamazoo, MI
Compensation : $40,000 - $50,000
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (with flexible hours)

The Payroll Coordinator role offers the chance to make an impact across multiple states and employee groups while being part of a payroll team that is collaborative, approachable, and focused on accuracy and service.
Responsibilities :
Review and validate timecards for accuracy, compliance, and proper coding
Partner with HR and supervisors to resolve missing or incorrect time entries
Respond to employee payroll inquiries, providing clear explanations and maintaining compliance with company policies
Manage payroll tickets through the ticketing system, including pay adjustments and related requests
Support multi-state payroll operations for manufacturing employees in seven states, including two union groups
Assist with timekeeping projects, including limited involvement in system updates and enhancements
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements :
1-5 years of experience in timekeeping, time evaluation, and overtime rules
Preferred :
Exposure to multi-state payroll compliance and processing (training provided)
