Job descriptionDesign, implement, and optimize recommendation and ranking algorithms. Analyze user behavior data to improve personalization and engagement. Evaluate and experiment with new ML methods to enhance recommendation quality. 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning or recommendation systems. Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or Scala. Solid understanding of ML fundamentals, especially in ranking, collaborative filtering, and personalization. Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink) and ML libraries. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in A / B testing and online experimentation. Familiarity with graph-based or deep learning approaches for recommendation. Ability to leverage AI coding tools to boost productivity.
