Job description

A company is looking for a Field Support Specialist (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

Provide first line support for field staff via Slack, phone, and ticketing systems

Troubleshoot real-time operational issues, including tech problems and supply challenges

Document field challenges and support ad-hoc operational projects

Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience in operations support, customer service, or healthcare administration

Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems

Availability for flexible work hours, including mornings or weekends
