Housekeeping Floor Supervisor
The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team on assigned floors, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and meet Omni's quality standards. This role involves direct supervision of housekeeping staff, quality control, and coordination with other departments to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure supreme cleanliness and service standards throughout the hotel.
- Master the roles of Housekeeping associates to provide support and cover absences effectively.
- Address guest requests promptly, maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor.
- Liaise with various departments to communicate needs and concerns.
- Participate in daily briefings, ensuring a smooth handover between shifts.
- Collaborate with the Engineering department for timely room repairs.
- Ensure Housekeeping staff have necessary tools and supplies, maintaining well-stocked and organized carts and closets.
- Prioritize and inspect VIP and Select Guest rooms, ensuring readiness and quality.
- Manage inventory of housekeeping and guest amenities.
- Cover duties of AM and PM supervisors as needed and participate in Manager on Duty rotations.
Qualifications:
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.
- Experience supervising a housekeeping team in an upscale hotel environment and/or experience with room inspections.
- Proven ability to collaborate on special projects and with management teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive and urgent work ethic.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, push/pull 75 lbs, and maintain mobility throughout shifts.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary is $21 per hour.
