We are looking for an HVAC SERVICE TECHS to join our team! You will have the opportunity to service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, mini splits, tankless hwh, combi-boilers and standard boilers. Previous experience is required.

• Responsibilities for HVAC Service Technicians :
• Sell new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, assisting customers to evaluate repair v. replace.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Rotating on call schedule
• Qualifications for HVAC Service Technicians :
• Previous 2+ years experience in HVAC.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Customer skills and service a must.
• Cleanliness and neat presentation a must.
• Ability to adhere to HVAC software program guidelines in field.
• Valid NJ Drivers License. Background check required on driving record.
• NATE Certified a plus.
