Job Details :

• Fulltime Permanent Position
• The schedule will be discussed during the interview
• The Provider will be performing primary health care and seeing all ages for wellness / sick visits follow-up consults, vaccinations, and prescribe to patients
• Must be able to see all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as an NP working in primary care / urgent care-related field in an outpatient setting
• The ideal candidate will have CT license in process or in hand
