Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access. Monitor loading docks, storage areas, and shipping / receiving zones to help to deter theft and / or loss of goods. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols. Work collaboratively with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns specific to the logistics and distribution environment. Maintain detailed and accurate logs and / or reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
