JOB FUNCTION :
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise in performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting is essential in helping us maintain a well-maintained and efficient environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Complete general preventative maintenance and repairs
- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment
- Complete scheduled tasks and respond to maintenance calls
- Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
Must be at least 18 years old or olderHigh school diploma or equivalentVocational training or relevant certifications in construction technology is helpful but not requiredGeneral electrical, plumbing, and building systems knowledgeTrade School or work experience in a mechanical field desiredPLC and VFD knowledge preferredAbility to read and interpret work ordersGeneral computer skills (diagnostic and administrative)High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multitask and handle multiple prioritiesBasic math skills are requiredUses good judgement to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate onePHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Must be able to lift items of up to 75 poundsMust be able to climb stairs, bend, stand, kneel, twist, reach, and pull frequentlyWORK ENVIRONMENT :
