Job Title : Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist / Customer Service

Location : Torrance, CA

Pay Rate : $28 - $31 per hour (DOE)

Employment Type :  Temp with possibilities of being Hired.

We’re looking for a Customer Service /  Billing Specialist with strong Excel and QuickBooks skills. A BA degree is required. You’ll manage invoicing, collections, and maintain student billing records.

Key Responsibilities :

Helping the Students with selecting their Financial Packet for School

Process student invoices using QuickBooks

Assist students with financing options

Handle collections and manage overdue balances

Prepare weekly aging reports for CFO

Maintain relationships with financing partners

Manage student billing profiles and transaction history

Respond to billing inquiries and enforce financial policies

Track and audit billing activities as needed

Qualifications : BA degree required

QuickBooks and Excel (advanced) experience

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills
