Practice Builder
The Practice Builder is responsible for business development, sales target execution, market analysis, and identifying strategic partner relationships. This role focuses on developing capabilities and selling practices with priority partners and leveraging performance metrics to assess partner effectiveness.
You will understand, drive, and achieve sales targets execution on centrally designed initiatives, utilizing global tools to promote local channel business. You will be assigned to active opportunities of your specific product to accelerate its sales, support complex deals configurations & pricing.

Salary
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,650 to $263,350 annually with a 60% / 40% (salary / incentive) mix. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.

During your employment term, you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date.
