About the role

We are looking for a Technical Services Sales Representative to join our BD Technical Service unit. In this role, you will report to the Services Sales Team Lead North and play a crucial part in helping customers find the best service solutions for their needs. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop or enhance your sales skills while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector. Your primary responsibilities will include converting, renewing, and upselling service contracts through phone-based customer interactions, all within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Main responsibilities will include :

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, managing calls and emails efficiently.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure service sales opportunities, working within established processes and tools.
  • Prepare and negotiate customer proposals, ensuring agreements align with their requirements.
  • Manage service contracts by preparing quotations, tender documents, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate time and material quotations for non-contract customers.
  • Collect purchase orders and ensure timely invoicing of service contracts to achieve financial objectives.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers and improve their overall experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in tools such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, and other relevant systems.

About you

  • You are customer-focused , with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • You thrive in a structured environment, demonstrating attention to detail , organizational skills , and reliability in administrative execution.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is valued; familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus.
  • You are goal-oriented and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office ; experience with Salesforce or ServiceMax is an advantage.
  • Language requirements : English & French , Dutch is nice to have
