Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the emergency department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and department performance.
• Manage staffing and scheduling.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
