The Shop Technician is responsible for performing jobs involving servicing and repair of all types of mechanical, hydraulic and diesel-powered equipment, working both independently and on a team. On the job training, classroom instruction, and e-learning will ensure that skills remain current. The Technician will demonstrate initiative, commitment to team work, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner. They must be committed to safety standards and champion a healthy and safe work environment while consistently representing Blanchard in a professional manner.
