💰 Compensation : $75K$90K Base (Depending on Experience) + Substantial Bonus Potential

🔍 Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for structural steel projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to generate bids.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams.
• Utilize SDS / 2, Procore, Microsoft Office, and internal systems to build and manage bid packages.
• Support pricing strategies and preconstruction planning across a range of project sizes from $300K to $30M+.
• Contribute to a lean, high-performance team with direct access to leadership.
