Job Summary :
The intern will work closely with the Director and management of the CES Support Center. The team supports the business needs and goals of the contact center and ultimately the responsiveness and effectiveness to our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Performs administrative support functions including maintaining files, data entering of information; Indexes documents and creates electronic recordsDevelops process flows and procedural documentsGreets visitors and vendors and acts as the front-line ambassador for the siteWorks closely with Support Center Coordinator, Human Resources and others on projects and tasks as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Excellent organization skills and detail orientation to ensure accuracy of workStrong verbal and written skillsStrong work ethic and time managementSupply management and inventory controlHigh degree of flexibility and adaptability to change with the environment and business demandsEducation and Experience Required :
