Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Director of Partnership Marketing to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives that support our partner relationships and activities. As a fast-growing B2B healthcare technology company, we rely on a strong partner ecosystem to scale our impact across the healthcare landscape. This role will be critical in amplifying our brand and solutions through our partnership marketing efforts, working closely with strategic partners to build and deliver joint campaigns, co-branded content, and coordinated go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing program management, cross-functional collaboration, and partnership strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and experienced leader who can turn insights into actionable plans that drive business impact.
Responsibilities
Job Scope
The Director of Partnership Marketing will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic market programs that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. This role involves developing targeted marketing campaigns, managing program budgets, and analyzing program performance to ensure alignment with business goals. The Director will work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to create cohesive and effective market strategies. Additionally, the Director will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $140,000-$150,000. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401(k) and bonus opportunity.
