As an Order Filler, you will be a crucial part of the order entry team, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders. You will handle tasks ranging from order processing and inventory management to maintaining customer records and creating shipping paperwork. Your role will involve picking and packing orders, loading and unloading materials, and assisting in the mailroom. The position guarantees 40 hours per week, with a start time of 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Process and input orders into the database.
• Manage inventory effectively.
• Maintain and update customer records and contact information.
• Provide open order reports upon request.
• Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Load and unload materials as required.
• Sort mail and assist with mailroom duties.

The work environment is a GMP medical device company focused on producing hearing aids. It is a fast-paced and temperature-controlled environment that is clean and quiet, with no loud machinery. The mailroom is a smaller space, and each contractor will have their own designated area on the work table to manage and organize new orders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.70 - $17.70 / hr.
