February 16-28 clinic and call coverage

May is open / flexible

June is open / flexible

Details of Assignment :

Active Indiana license

EMR : EPIC

Full time clinic and call requirement

Clinic will be Monday - Friday and provider will be on call after clinic (not during)

Clinic hours are 8A-5P

24-hour call on the weekends

Around 20 PPD in the clinic

500 to 600 births per year
