River's Bend is seeking a Full-Time, upbeat, motivated and organized candidate to join our Support Staff Department!
As a Support Staff employee, you will be responsible for administrative and operational aspects of the practice as directed by the Practice Manager and Support Staff Lead.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma
- Previous administrative experience (Preferred)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES :
Answer all incoming phone calls / voicemail boxes and handle or direct as appropriateComplete intake process for all incoming referralsProcess drug screensSchedule and maintain client appointments including reminder phone callsProcess all incoming and outgoing documentationProvide insurance verifications for clientsManage pre-authorizations and medication refillsProvide client services support including addressing client concerns / feedbackWork as a team to ensure the practice runs efficiently and meets objectivesIdentify and provide solutions to challenges within the practiceProvide administrative support to clinical staffGreet all visitors and clientsOther duties as assignedREQUIRED COMPETENCIES :
