Maintenance Tech - Mechanic

Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Eagle Grove, IA, is seeking a skilled full-time day shift Maintenance Tech - Mechanic to join our team. This pivotal role offers a competitive rate of $25 - $30 / hour (dependent on experience) and an attractive $1,500 sign-on bonus. We also offer these benefits after a 30-day probation period :

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time day shift position, with regular hours from Monday to Friday, spanning 7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. While we acknowledge the importance of work-life balance, the nature of the role may require occasional flexibility based on organizational demands.

YOUR DAY AS A MAINTENANCE TECH - MECHANIC

As a Maintenance Tech - Mechanic, your typical day involves executing assigned maintenance tasks meticulously, reporting concerns promptly to supervisors, and performing preventative maintenance duties. You play a crucial role in minimizing downtime, enhancing equipment efficiency, and ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. Engaging with production employees, conducting thorough equipment inspections, and diagnosing mechanical issues will be integral aspects of your daily responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECH - MECHANIC

Experience in feed operations, maintenance, and fabrication is preferred!
