Job Duties :

The Denial Management Analyst supports accurate reimbursement by analyzing payer denials, identifying root causes, and assisting with appeals and audits. This role performs regular and targeted audits of services to ensure compliance with billing and reimbursement standards, maintains policies and payer matrices, and collaborates with internal departments to resolve issues. The analyst demonstrates effective time management, teamwork, and adherence to organizational policies while maintaining professional development and confidentiality.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in Health Information Management or in a Healthcare field preferred. Post secondary education may substitute for years of experience. 1 year experience

Shift Schedule :

Full-Time ; Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm.
