Job Description

The Industrial Repair & Support Technician is responsible for performing precision repairs, maintenance, and fabrication support across a wide range of industrial equipment and components. This role requires expertise in machining, welding, and mechanical assembly, as well as the ability to inspect, diagnose, and document equipment condition. This role supports hose fabrication and custom fastener production, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations for efficiency, reliability, and on-time delivery.

Essential Functions

• Equipment Repair & Maintenance

Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble pumps, blowers, and mechanical seals.

Plan and layout work from mechanical drawings and manufacturer specifications.

Accurately document inspections, wear conditions, and repair findings.

Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and machine operating procedures.

Perform preventive maintenance on machines and tools.

Participate in problem-solving and non-conformance investigations.
