Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Hospital Pharmacist to join a 40-bed, state-of-the-art long-term acute care (LTAC) facility located in South Oklahoma City. This is a great opportunity for a motivated pharmacist looking to step into a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) role no prior management experience required, just the willingness to lead and grow.

Position Details :

• Title : Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
• Setting : Hospital (LTAC 40 beds)
• Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 a.m. 4 : 30 p.m.
• On-Call : After hours, with return to pharmacy for emergencies
• Start Date : ASAP
