Join to apply for the Staff Continuous Improvement Engineer role at BD (Tissuemed Ltd)
Drive and sustain improvement programs and CI initiatives such as Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Process Optimization, Waste Reduction, OEE / Productivity, SMED. Facilitate blitzes / kaizens to support the SQDC initiatives. Perform time studies for manual activities. Design and continuously improve workstations layout and personnel arrangement. Perform routes and BOM studies and provide data to Master Data coordinator. Design and implement fixtures to improve safety, ergonomics and efficiencies.

Qualifications
Required : Bachelor's degree in a Core Engineering field. 5+ years of Operational Excellence experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. 5+ years of Continuous Improvement experience, ideally with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent. Technical support materials and coaching to the team. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.
