Job description

Monday - Thursday 2nd shift 3 :

  • 30PM - 2 : 00AM Ludlow uses E-Verify to verify eligibility to work in the United States.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications.
  • Select proper equipment, tungsten, filler metal, and welding sequence.
  • Perform TIG welding on assigned materials and components.
  • Inspect welds visually and with measuring tools to meet quality standards.
  • Complete documentation of work performed.
  • Maintain work area, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow all safety requirements and company policies.

Qualifications Required :

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 3–5 years TIG welding experience or formal training from an accredited welding program.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and weld symbols.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience in precision metal fabrication.
  • Welding certification (AWS or equivalent).
  • Skills & Abilities Strong TIG welding technique with emphasis on quality and precision.
  • Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
  • Able to work under production schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
  • Physical Demands Stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and reach as required.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Adequate vision for detailed work (close, distance, color, depth).
  • Work Environment Manufacturing floor environment with welding noise, heat, and fumes.
  • PPE required (welding helmet, gloves, protective clothing, etc.). $18-$25 / hour.
  • Pay range based on experience.
