Associate Director of Strategy

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Strategy and Learning.

Key Responsibilities

Assist program and service teams in developing strategies and tracking tools to monitor progress

Engage with the climate philanthropic ecosystem on strategy, monitoring, evaluation, and learning-related activities

Incorporate data and evidence into programmatic strategies and facilitate learning across the organization

Required Qualifications

10 years of relevant professional experience in monitoring, learning, evaluation, and / or strategy development

Experience in a climate change-related field and familiarity with affected communities

Proven ability to design strategies and manage evaluations in climate-related contexts

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights

Advanced knowledge of research methodologies and monitoring and evaluation concepts
