Design Civil Engineer

Demarc is a growing Land Surveying and Engineering company with over 60 years of servicing the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. We are excited to add a Design Civil Engineer to our team. We work with a variety of private entities to develop their residential or commercial sites.

• Position Responsibilities :
• Prepare construction plans and documents for site development projects
• Design storm water systems and prepare Storm Water Management Plans for commercial and residential projects
• Prepare project specifications
• Create concept site plans for review.
• Complete calculations accurately to assist in design and verify requirements are met.
• Review government agency requirements for the project.
• Assist Surveying Department with Field and CAD tasks as necessary.
• Required Qualifications :
• Engineer-In-Training Certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proficiency in HydroCAD
• Detail oriented with good interpersonal and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Professional Engineer (PE)
