Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking
• Convert agency-provided and self-generated leads into closed sales
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Work leads, quotes, and follow-ups daily
• Build long-term client relationships that drive renewals and referrals
