Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for October 27 & 29 and November 3, 5, & 6 at their Corporate Health clinic in Mokena, IL. Provider will see ages 6 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm and Thursday 10 : 00am-7 : 00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
