Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester SLP opportunity is available in Delaware, serving a K-12 school with a focus on middle and high school students. This contract position offers a caseload primarily consisting of middle and high school students, with some Pre-K students referred from the special education department. The role requires dedication and skill in pediatric speech-language pathology, with an emphasis on teletherapy and in-person interventions.

Key Qualifications :

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Ability to support special education students, including Pre-K population
  • Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) experience in healthcare or educational environments is a plus

Location :

  • Georgetown, Delaware, serving one school site with a K-12 student population
  • Responsibilities :

  • Manage and provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of middle and high school students, along with some Pre-K students
  • Collaborate with special education and general education staff
  • Deliver services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding student progress
  • Work Schedule :

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Start ASAP and continue through the end of the school year
  • No summer hours required
